Our Story

In the heart of eastern Iowa, W-3 Construction, Inc. stands as a testament to three generations of unwavering dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Our story begins with our owner Nathan's grandfather, who embarked on a sales position with Pacemaker Buildings in 1971, igniting a passion for construction that would span decades. Nathan's aunt, a seasoned manager, oversaw Pacemaker Buildings’ offices, further instilling the family's commitment to excellence. When Pacemaker was acquired by Farm Services and eventually closed its doors, Nathan's aunt rose to the occasion, founding Connor Pacemaker Buildings, a venture that thrived until 2009. It was here that Nathan's skills and passion for construction were nurtured, setting the stage for his own entrepreneurial journey.

In 1997, during his senior year in high school, Nathan launched W-3 Construction, Inc. as a senior FFA project, building structures for his aunt's business. With a firm foundation in the values of integrity, hard work, and superior craftsmanship, W-3 Construction quickly gained recognition for its exceptional design aesthetics and dedication to quality. Today, the business is proudly run by father and son, who treat every project as if it were their own, refusing to cut corners while maintaining affordable prices for their clients.
